Plan 1 has a lower deductible, shorter waiting periods, and higher-level coinsurance benefits for certain services. Monthly premiums are higher, but you get more protection against out-of-pocket expenses for dental services. Deductible is $50 per insured person, with a maximum deductible of $150 paid per family per calendar year.

Plan 2has a higher annual deductible, longer waiting period, and lower coinsurance benefit for certain dental services. Monthly premiums are lower because you are paying more out-of-pocket for your dental services. Deductible is $75 per insured person, with maximum of $225 paid per family per calendar year
